1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using the Akux software, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Akux is a peer-to-peer desktop application designed to help Twitch streamers discover each other. We provide a platform for organic view exchange. We do NOT sell bots or fake engagement.

3. User Conduct & Anti-Cheat

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abuse. You agree NOT to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or virtual machines to increase your exposure.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Akux client.
• Sell or trade Akux accounts for real money externally.

Violation of these rules will result in a permanent ban without refund.

4. Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is". Akux is not responsible for any actions taken by Twitch against your channel. While our organic method is designed to be safe, you use the tool at your own risk.

1. Data We Collect

We collect minimal data necessary for the app to function:

• Twitch Profile:Profile picture, public username and ID (via official Twitch Login).
• App Usage: Session duration.
• System Info: Basic hardware ID to prevent multiple instances (anti-bot protection).

2. How We Use Data

Your data is used solely to match you with other streamers. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.

3. Twitch Authentication

We use the secure Twitch OAuth standard. We never see or store your Twitch password. You can revoke Akux's access at any time via your Twitch connections settings.

1. Access Method: Twitch Subscription

Access to Akux Premium is granted exclusively through an active subscription (Tier 1, 2, 3, or Prime) to the official associated channel: miscogow.

2. Refund Policy (Governed by Twitch)

Since payments are made on the Twitch platform, Akux Community does not have the technical or legal ability to issue direct refunds.

Any refund request is strictly subject to Twitch's Terms of Sale and must be handled through Twitch Support. Generally, Twitch does not offer refunds for subscriptions once processed.

3. Management & Cancellation

Paid Twitch subscriptions (Tier 1-3) typically renew automatically. If you wish to cancel your renewal, you must do so from your "Subscriptions" panel on Twitch.tv.

• If you cancel on Twitch, you will retain Premium access on Akux until the current billing cycle ends.
• Twitch Prime subscriptions do not auto-renew; you must manually renew them every month to maintain access.

4. Synchronization Issues

If you have subscribed to miscogow but your App status remains "Free", please try logging out and logging back in to refresh the API. If the issue persists, open a ticket in our Discord, and we will verify your status manually.
